Karachi engineers, shipping globally.
Swiftloop Systems is a small, deliberately small, software & AI studio. We exist because Western agency rates have priced most ambitious software out of mid-market reach, and because Pakistan has more good engineers than it has agencies that know how to use them.
Most software agencies sell hours. We sell working systems: designed, built, deployed, and yours to keep indefinitely. The difference becomes clear by month four.
Swiftloop launched in early 2026 out of SandBox Karachi, with a single premise: a senior team of four can out-deliver a mid-tier London or NYC agency on AI-heavy work, at 40–60% of the rate, if it stays small and ships in tight loops.
We operate on an agency-first model: paying client work funds everything, including the SaaS roadmap. No speculative product burn, no fragile growth narrative. What we build for clients teaches us what to productise; what we productise sharpens what we sell.
We're registered as Swiftloop Systems (Pvt) Ltd with SECP, PSEB-certified for the 0.5% export tax rate, with a UAE IFZA LLC in progress for Gulf billing. That paperwork is what lets us invoice in USD, AED, and GBP without you ever needing to think about it.
The person behind the code.
"After three years building production AI for other people's startups, I'd had enough of watching good ideas get bottlenecked by bad delivery. Swiftloop is the agency I'd have wanted to hire."
Amjad is a senior software engineer with 3+ years across MERN, Next.js, TypeScript, Docker, Redis, OpenAI integrations, RAG pipelines, and LangChain. He holds an MS in Computer Science with a research specialisation in multilingual NLP for Pakistan's legal sector, a niche that taught him more about messy real-world data than any production system since.
Six rules we don't break.
Honest scopes.
We'd rather say no than under-quote a phase to win the deal. If we can't ship what you asked for at the price, we'll tell you which features to cut.
Founder on every project.
Our cap on concurrent client engagements is set by how many the founder can stay technically involved with. Currently: six.
You own the code.
Full IP transfer on final payment. Repo, infra, documentation, runbook yours. We don't lock anyone into a maintenance contract.
Demo every Friday.
Two-week sprints, weekly walkthrough. You see real software running, not Gantt charts and percent-complete bars.
AI by default, but earned.
We won't bolt an LLM onto something a regex would solve. AI is a tool, not a sales pitch.
Karachi pricing, global standards.
Our edge is geographic, not corner-cut. Same patterns, same tests, same observability as any team you'd hire in London or Brooklyn.
Where the work happens.
A private office, not a desk.
We operate from a private 4–5 person office inside SandBox Karachi, on the Venture plan. Locked room, founder's cabin, the building's generator for when KESC has its moods, and client video calls that don't sound like a cafe.
By Year 2, we'll have outgrown it and a UAE entity registered through IFZA Dubai will give us a desk inside the Free Zone for monthly Gulf client visits.
The next 24 months.
We publish our internal milestones because the people who hire us deserve to know what we're building toward, and the investors who back us deserve to hold us to it.
We're not trying to be the biggest agency in Karachi. Just the best one to hire when the work is hard.
